dc.description.abstract	In this study, nearness near-ring, subnearness near-ring, nearness M-group and nearness ideal are introduced. By considering operations on the set of all near left weak cosets, nearness near-ring of all near left weak cosets and nearness near-ring homomorphism are also presented.
