In this paper we establish some wide-ranging spaces of sequences generated by Riesz mean associated with lacunary sequences and multiplier sequences of Orlicz function. We have encompassed some topological and algebraic properties of these sequence spaces. We also make an effort to prove that these spaces are Banach and AK-BK spaces. Finally, we prove that these sequence spaces are topologically isomorphic.
