MEŞREB’İN KİMYA MESNEVİSİ’NDE GEÇEN DUA CÜMLELERİNDEKİ FİİLLER VE FİİL KİPLERİNİN KULLANIMI

Abstract

Meşreb 17. ve 18. yüzyıllarda yaşamış son dönem Çağatay şairidir. Onun yazmış olduğu eserlerden biri de Kimya Mesnevisi’dir. Kimya Mesnevisi 2421 beyitlik tasavvufi bir mesnevidir. Bu makalede Baba Rahim Meşreb ve Kimya Mesnevisi hakkında kısa bilgi verildikten sonra Kimya Mesnevisi’nde geçen dua cümleleri ve bu dua cümlelerindeki fiiller ile fiil kipleri üzerinde durulacaktır. Eserde dua maksatlı 172 adet beyit bulunmaktadır. Ancak bu beyitlerden birisi 20 defa tekrar edilmiştir. Bu beyitlerde dua amaçlı 338 cümle ve 338 defa çekimli fiil kullanılmıştır. Bu fiillerde kip olarak en fazla emir kipi kullanılmıştır. Birinci teklik şahıs emir kipi, ikinci teklik şahıs emir kipi ve üçüncü teklik şahıs emir kipi toplam 316’dır. Ancak bunların içinde de ikinci teklik şahıs emir kipi 283 kullanımla yüzde 83,7’ye tekabül etmektedir. Toplam 338 çekimli fiil kullanımı içerisinde kılmak fiili birleşik fiil olarak 167 defa kullanılmıştır. Bu dua cümlelerinde olumlu kip kullanımı olumsuz kip kullanımına göre çok fazladır. 311 olumlu kip kullanımı varken 27 adet olumsuz kip kullanımı bulunmaktadır. Dua cümlelerinde çoğu defa dua eden sözceleme öznesidir. Kimi zaman da hikâyelerin kahramanlarıdır. Bu kahramanlar bazen bir derviş, bazen bir kadın, bazen başka insanlar ve hatta bazen de hayvanlar olabilmektedir. Mesela bir köpek dua edebilmektedir.

Mashrab who lived in 17th and 18th centuries, was the poet of Last Period Chagatai. One of his works was Mathnawi of Chemistry, a sufi mathnawi, has 2421 couplets. In this article, after giving brief information about Mashrab and Mathnawi of Chemistry, the prayer sentences in the mathnawi and the verbs and verb moods in these sentences will be focused on. There are 170 couplets for prayer purposes in this article. These couplets has 338 sentences and 338 finite verbs used for prayer purposes. In these verbs, the most used mood is the imperative mood. There are a total of 316 first-person, second-person and third-person imperatives. However, among these, the second-person singular imperative mood corresponds to 83.7 percent with 283 uses. Among the 338 conjugated verbs in total, the use of the verb kılmak as a compound verb is 167. Within these prayer sentences, the use of the positive moods are much more than the negative moods. While there are 311 positive moods, there are 27 negative moods. In prayer sentences, the person who prays is often the subject of the enunciation. Sometimes they are the heroes of the stories. These heroes can be a dervish, woman, sometimes other people and even animals. (etc. a dog)
