Toplumsal huzurun sağlanmasında din ve din görevlileri

Abstract

Toplumun temel kurumlarından bir tanesi de dindir. Din, insanlık tarihi ile başlamış ve insanlık ile yaşıt evrensel bir olgudur. Tarihin her döneminde ve her toplumda var olmuş, günümüzde de varlığını en canlı bir şekilde hissettiren önemli ve hassas bir kurumdur. İnsanların huzur ve mutluluğuna önemli katkı sağlayan en güçlü temel kurumlardan biri olan din, geçmişte olduğu gibi günümüzde de birey ve toplumların sosyal, kültürel, siyasal ve ekonomik hayatlarını derinden etkilemekte, milli birlik ve beraberliğe de önemli katkı sağlamaktadır. Din kurucusu olan Peygamberler yaşadıkları dönemde bireyleri ve toplumları inanç, ahlak ve sosyal hayat açısından derinden etkilemiştir. Sosyolojik açıdan yaklaşıldığında ve din toplum ilişkileri açısından değerlendirildiğinde din ve din görevlileri toplumları pek çok yönü ile etkilemiş ve ciddi oranda dönüştürmüşlerdir.İslam dini ve bu dini tebliğ eden Hz. Peygamber de bunun en canlı örneklerinden sadece biridir. Hz. Peygamber, yüce yaratıcıya inancı kaybedip kendi elleri ile yaptıkları putlara tapan insanları İslam dini etrafında birleştirmiş, bir Allah inancı etrafında kenetlemiştir. Getirmiş olduğu ahlak kuralları ile de toplumun huzur ve mutluluğunu pekiştirmiş, din kardeşliği ilkesini geliştirerek inananları kaynaştırmıştır.

Religion is one of the basic institutions of society. It is a universal phenomenon that started with the history of humanity and is as old as humanity itself. It is an essential and delicate institution that has existed in every period of history and in every society, and makes its presence felt most vividly nowadays. Religion, which is one of the most powerful fundamental institutions that contribute to the peace and welfare of people, deeply affects the social, cultural, political and economic lives of individuals and societies today as it did in the past, and it makes a significant contribution to national unity and solidarity. Prophets, who are the founders of religions, deeply affected individuals and societies in terms of belief, morality and social life. When approached from a sociological point of view and evaluated in terms of religion-society relations, religion and religious officials have influenced and transformed societies impressively. The religion of Islam and the Prophet Muhammad is just one of the most vivid examples of this fact. The Prophet Muhammad united people, who had lost faith in the supreme creator around the religion of Islam and joined them around a belief in one God. With the moral rules he brought and united the believers by developing the principle of religious brotherhood.
