In this paper we define statistically convergent, statistically null and statistically bounded generalized difference double sequence spaces on a semi-nenormed space via Orlicz functions. We study their different properties like solidness, denseness, symmetricitiy, completeness etc. Also we obtain some inclusion relations among them.
