Özet:
A new subspecies of Atif's Lycian Salamander, Lyciasalamandra atifi (BASOGLU, 1967) is described from the south-west Mediterranean region of Anatolia (Alanya, Antalya Province, Turkey). The new taxon differs from the nominotypic subspecies by having shorter mean total body length, comparatively longer rostrum, grey coloration on dorsum, and a sex-specific pattern. Males differ from females in having two longitudinal bands constituted by white flecks with black points. Females have comparatively bigger heads, parotid glands and longer hind limbs than males.
