dc.description.abstract	In this article, we have introduced the idea of statistically convergent generalized difference lacunary double sequence spaces [(w) over bar (2)(M,Delta(n),p,q)](theta), [(w) over bar (2)(0)(M,Delta(n),p,q)](theta) and defined over a semi norm space (X, q).
