dc.description.abstract The rules of justice which are available to be universal are those which generally concern the life of the trade. Because trade has the same age with human being history in terms of being a global phenomenon. Qur'an and Hadith texts as main source of Islam supply inevitable universal principles about trade life. While principles like anonymous contracting thought, freedom of contracting, theory of complex contract not contradicting with Islam's trade thought bear a torch to Islam's universal trade understanding; obligation of fulfilling the requirement of contracts, agreements, treaties, alliances and prohibiting of cheating, deceiting, misguidance emphasizes the originality of Islam. tr
