Kur'an Kerim'de geçen müminlerin bazı vasıflarının kalkınma bağlamında değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Kur‟ân-ı Kerim‟de örnek mümin fert ve toplum tasvir edilirken çeĢitli vasıflar kullanılmaktadır. Bu vasıfların bir kısmı, kulun Rabb‟ine karĢı, bir kısmı da yaĢadığı topluma karĢı sorumluluklarıyla ilgilidir. Toplumsal boyutu olan vasıflar, toplumsal hayatın iktisâdî, içtimâî ve idârî sahalarıyla ilgili önemli yönlendirmeler içermektedir. Bu yönlendirmeler bir yandan da kapsamlı bir yapısal dönüĢüm ifade eden sosyoekonomik kalkınmanın önemli unsurlarıyla yakından alakalıdırlar. Ġktisâdî alanla ilgili vasıflar, kalkınmanın gelir dağılımı, sermaye birikimi, sözleĢmelerin güvencesi, ekonomik büyüme ve beĢerî sermaye gibi yönleriyle, içtimâî alanla ilgili vasıflar sosyal sermaye yönüyle, idârî alanla ilgili vasıflar ise iyi idare ve katılımcı yönetim yönleriyle bağlantılı olup kalkınmanın temininde önemli fonksiyonlar üstlenmektedirler.

In the Quran when the exemplary Muslim individual and society is depicted various attributes are used. Some of these attributes are related to the responsibility of a person towards God while some are related to the responsibility towards society he/she lives in. The attributes which have a societal dimension contain important guidances related to the economic, social and governance areas of the societal life. At the same time, these guidances are closely related to the crucial components of socioeconomic development which mean a comprehensive structural transformation. The attributes which are related to the economic area are related to the aspects of development such as income distribution, capital accumulation, the reliability of contracts, economic growth and human capital; those attributes which are related to the social area are related to those aspects such as social capital and those attributes which are related to governance are related to those aspects such as good governance and participatory governance and all of these attributes have important functions for achieving development.
