Özet:
The human being, which is a biological-psychological-social individual, lives under the influence of the environment. The social environment is defined as the setting, where man mutually interacts throughout his life. The establishment of social organization a the group, is of great significance during adolescence and preadolescence. It has been demonstrated that, social isolation experienced during early development, may affect the development of the brain and behaviour in adulthood. In this context, the present review summarizes the effects of the social environment on the brain and behaviour.
