Bu çalışmada 1,3-dikloroaseton ile tiyoürenin reaksiyonundan daha önce
sentezlenmemiş yeni bir aminotiyazol sentezlendi ve yapısı FT-IR ve 1H,13C-NMR,
tek kristal X-ışınları difraksiyonu yöntemleriyle aydınlatıldı. Sentezlenen 4,4’-
Disülfandiilbis(metilen)ditiyazol-2-amin ile benzoilklorür türevleri etkiştirilerek yeni
Amitler türetildi.
Birçok sentetik veya doğal ilaçların yapısında da bulunan Amitler, disülfit
köprüsü, ve imin grubu ihtiva eden bir seri bileşik sentezlendi ve yapıları FT-IR ve 1H NMR ile aydınlatıldı.
In this study, a novel aminothiazole which was not synthesized before reaction
of 1,3-dichloroacetone with thiourea was synthesized and its structure was elucidated
by FT-IR and 1H, 13C-NMR, single crystal X-ray diffraction methods. New amides
were synthesized by reacting the synthesized 4,4'-
Disulfanediylbis(methylene)dithiazol-2-amine with benzoylchloride derivatives.
A series of compounds containing Amides, disulfide bridge, and imine group,
which are also found in the structure of many synthetic or natural drugs, were
synthesized and the structures were illuminated by FT-IR and 1H-NMR.
