Bu çalışmanın birinci aşamasında, 2-kloro-1-(3-metil-3-mezitilsiklobütil)etanon
bileşiği ile 2-hidroksi benzonitril bileşiği uygun koşullarda reaksiyona sokularak
(3-aminobenzofuran-2-il)(3-metil-3-mezitilsiklobütil)keton bileşiği sentezlendi. Bu
bileşik, açil klorürlerle reaksiyona sokularak türevleri elde edildi.
İkinci aşamada ise, 2-kloro-1-(3-metil-3-mezitilsiklobütil)etanon bileşiği ile 5,5'- metilenbis(2-hidroksibenzaldehit) bileşiği reaksiyona sokularak elde edilen bis(2-(3- metil-3-mezitilsiklobütan-1-oil)benzofuran-5-il)metan bileşiğinin oksim, semikarbazit
ve tiyosemikarbazit türevleri elde edildi. Sentezlenen bileşikler FT-IR, 1H-NMR, 13C- NMR, GC-MS gibi spektroskopik yöntemlerle karakterize edildi.
In the first step of this study, (3-aminobenzofuran-2-yl) (3-mesityl-3-methyl
cyclobutyl) ketone compound was synthesized by reaction of 2-chloro-1- (3-mesityl-3- methylcyclobutyl) ethanone compound with 2-hydroxy benzonitrile compound in
approprate conditions. (3-aminobenzofuran-2-yl) (3-mesityl-3-methyl cyclobutyl)
ketone compound's derivates were obtained by being reacted with (3-aminobenzofuran- 2-yl) (3-mesityl-3-methylcyclobutyl) ketone compound and chloride
compounds.…………………………………………………………………….. In the second step, the oxime, semicarbazide and thiosemicarbazide derivatives
of bis(2-(3-mesityl-3-methylcyclobutan-1-oyl)benzofuran-5-yl)methane compound,
which was obtained by being reacted with 2-chloro-1-(3-mesityl-3- methylcyclobutyl)ethanone compound and 5,5'-methylenebisethanone (2- hydroxybenzaldehyde) compund were obtained. The synthesized compounds were
characterized by FT-IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and GC-MS spectroscopic methods.
