Bu çalışmada; 2-asetil-benzofuran bromlanarak bromoasetilbenzofuran elde
edilmiştir. Primer ve sekonder aminlerin ditiyokarbamat tuzları ile α-haloketonun
reaksiyonu sonucunda oluşan ürünler incelendi.
Elde edilen ditiyokarbamat esterlerinin yapıları 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR ve FT-IR
gibi spektroskopik yöntemler kullanılarak karakterize edildi. |

In this study; bromoacetylbenzofuran was obtained by bromizing 2-acetyl benzofuran. Dithiocarbamate salts of primary and secondary amines with products of α haloketon reaction were examined.
The structures of derived dithiocarbamate esters were characterized by
1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and FT-IR spectroscopic methods. |
